These terms govern the use of israrads.com and the marketing services provided by Israr Ads (“we”, “our”).

1. Services

Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, conversion tracking setup, and related analytics services, as described in each project proposal or agreement.

2. Engagement & payment

Work begins after scope and fee are agreed in writing. Ad spend is paid directly by you to the advertising platforms and is separate from our fees.

3. Client responsibilities

You provide timely access to the accounts and assets needed for the work (ad accounts, analytics, website, tag manager).

4. No guaranteed results

Platforms and auctions are outside our control. We work to agreed targets and best practices but do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, ROAS, or revenue outcomes.

5. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other’s confidential business information private.

6. Intellectual property

Reports, setups, and configurations we create for you become yours once fees are paid in full; our pre-existing methods and tools remain ours.

7. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice (14 days where no notice period is stated). Fees for completed work remain payable.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, including those from platform changes, suspensions, or downtime.
