Ferebe is a high volume international retailer with thousands of
everyday products and heavy website traffic. The challenge
wasn’t traffic it was lost revenue from visitors who viewed
products or added items to cart but didn’t complete purchases.
Segmented visitors based on intent level instead of treating all traffic the same.
Used dynamic product ads to show users the exact products they had already
viewed.
Refreshed creatives regularly to avoid ad fatigue for repeat visitors.
Controlled costs tightly to keep profitability stable across international markets.
My goal was to turn this existing traffic into consistent sales by building a strong
remarketing system. Over time, this approach delivered 8,200+ purchases from
remarketing alone, with a lifetime ROAS of 11.4x and conversion rates far above
industry standards.
